Evanston Cops Seek Witnesses To Drive-By Shooting

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police in north suburban Evanston were asking for help tracking down the shooter or shooters involved in a drive-by that left two young men wounded over the weekend.

Police said a 22-year-old man from Round Lake Beach and a 23-year-old man from Waukegan were shot shortly before 4 a.m. Saturday, near Howard Street and Dodge Avenue, as they were driving home from a club in Chicago.

Police said a gray or silver LIncoln SUV pulled up alongside them, and someone inside fired at their vehicle.
