Two Shot In Englewood

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 14-year-old boy and a 30-year-old man were shot Thursday night in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

They were standing on a sidewalk about 9 p.m. in the 6800 block of South Bishop when someone fired shots from a nearby alley, according to Chicago Police.

The 14-year-old was shot in the buttocks and the 30-year-old was shot in the right hip, police said. They took themselves to St. Bernard Hospital where their conditions were stabilized.
