Eminem, Outkast To Headline Lollapalooza

CHICAGO (AP) -- Eminem and Outkast will headline this year's Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago.

Festival founder Perry Farrell announced the lineup of more than 130 acts on Wednesday. Lorde, Kings of Leon, the Arctic Monkeys and Calvin Harris will also play the festival, to be held Aug. 1-3. This year marks Lollapalooza's tenth anniversary in Chicago's Grant Park.

Eminem last played Lollapalooza in 2011. Outkast said earlier this year they would play 40 festival dates in 2014.

Farrell works each year to curate a lineup. This year he said it wasn't difficult because so many acts want to play Lollapalooza. There are also many international acts from countries like Ireland, Chile and South Africa.

Last year's festival sold out at 100,000 visitors a day, or 300,000 over the three-day event.
