Emanuel Defends Fire Department Hiring Preference For CPS Grads

(CBS) -- Mayor Rahm Emanuel is defending the Chicago Fire Department's hiring preference for Chicago Public School graduate, reports WBBM Political Editor Craig Dellimore.
