Egypt Air Flight Vanishes From Radar, According to Airline
(CBS) -- An Egypt Air flight from Paris to Cairo vanished from radar Wednesday evening, according to the airline.
Egypt Air Flight MS804 was nearing Egyptian air space at an altitude of 37,000 feet about 2:45 a.m. Cairo time (7:45 p.m. Chicago time) when it disappeared.
The flight, an Airbus 320, had departed Paris around 11 p.m. local time.
An informed source at EGYPTAIR stated that Flight no MS804,which departed Paris at 23:09 (CEST),heading to Cairo has disappeared from radar.

The plane had 59 passengers and 10 crew on board, according to the airline's Twitter account.
