Jorgensen says there is more Fentanyl in the area these days and more of it is synthetic. He says some new types have been found in the past two weeks or so.

Some of the Fentanyl is made in China he says.

Fentanyl is used for pain relief for cancer patients - and sometimes it is mixed with heroin - sometimes used straight - with deadly consequences, Jorgensen says - because often the user doesn't know how powerful it is.
