Driver Dies In High Speed Crash In Archer Heights

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Police responded to a deadly crash in Archer Heights Wednesday night.

Police said the Pontiac driver was heading westbound on Archer and ran into a BMW. Police said the Pontiac driver was speeding, lost control of the car, went on the curb and crashed into a light pole.

The driver was trapped in the car. Emergency crews rushed the driver tot he hospital and the driver did not survive.

The driver of the BMW refused treatment.
