Driver Cited After Rollover Crash In Lincoln Park

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A driver was cited after a rollover crash that injured one person in the North Side Lincoln Park neighborhood Tuesday night.

The 32-year-old man was driving a 2006 Toyota 4Runner SUV westbound on LaSalle Drive at 10:58 p.m. when it turned left onto the 1700 block of North Clark Street and collided with a Toyota Camry taxi, police said.

The 4Runner flipped onto its side and a passenger was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, police said. No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The 4Runner's driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way, failure to produce a valid driver's license and driving without insurance, police said.
