Woman injured in drive-by shooting in Little Village
A woman was injured in a drive-by shooting in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood early Friday morning.
Chicago police said a 30-year-old woman was standing outside in the 4100 block of W. 25th Street around 4 a.m. when a blue sedan approached and someone inside fired shots.
Police said the woman was hit in the right ankle and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good condition.
No arrests have been made.
Area Four detectives are investigating.
