Doobie Brothers, Boston Headline June Concert On Montrose Beach

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Tickets go on sale this Friday for a beachfront concert featuring The Doobie Brothers and Boston.

The Summer Concert On The Beach is scheduled for June 21 starting at 6:30 p.m. at Montrose Beach. The event is sponsored by CBS-owned 104.3 K-HITS.

Reserved seats will be available for $100, $75, and $65.

General admission tickets on the sand will be $35.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 800-745-3000.

The second annual concert will have more space and reserved seating and marks the official start of summer in Chicago.
