Derrick Rose Injures Left Hamstring

(CBS) Bulls guard Derrick Rose left Chicago's 100-93 victory at Toronto with about two minutes left after suffering what the team called a left hamstring injury.

Rose didn't receive medical attention following the injury and walked off under his own power, but after a short conversation with coach Tom Thibodeau on the sideline, he stayed on the bench the rest of the game. The severity of the injury wasn't immediately known, but Thibodeau told reporters after the game that Rose told him "it's not that bad," K.C. Johnson of the Tribune reported.

Rose got injured on a drive to the hoop, and his left ankle appeared to land awkwardly on video replay as well. You can see the video above.

Rose has been dealing with two sprained ankles, which he suffered on Oct. 31. He's played in five of Chicago's nine games this year.

Rose finished with 20 points and four assists Thursday.
