Shooting Shuts Down Local Lanes Of Dan Ryan Expressway
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A shooting shut down the local lanes of the outbound Dan Ryan Expressway near 49th Street.
Illinois State Police are investigating but early reports indicate shots were fired from one vehicle into another just after 7 p.m. Friday.
A 55-year-old woman was injured by the gunfire and taken to University of Chicago Hospital in critical condition.
No additional details were immediately available.
