Dad Imitates Daughter's Selfies, Right Down to Tattoos

CHICAGO (CBS) — For most young adults, Dad humor is often followed by an exasperated roll of the eyes.

Chris Martin, a Dad from Spokane, Washington, might have gotten more than that after photos imitating his daughter's selfies went viral.

After noticing his daughter's many selfies on social media, he decided to replicate them, using himself as the model. He then posted the results on his Instagram account.

They certainly didn't fail to impress.

Martin, who goes by therealburrmartin on Instagram, refers to himself as the "Host of Lilac City Comicon costume contest, Comedian, Costume maker and that Selfie Dad guy."

His Instagram features more than one selfie imitation of his daughter, complete with matching tattoos. What he doesn't post is his daughter's reaction.

Will social media imitation be the new way to embarrass your child? Maybe, as it seems to be working for Martin.
