Man In Custody After Break-In At CVS In Fulton Market

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A man was taken into custody after a break-in at the CVS in Fulton Market Thursday morning.

Police said the man used a rock to shatter the window of the store, located at 1034 W. Lake St., around 4:35 a.m. Police said the man took miscellaneous items from the store before leaving the scene.

Thirty minutes later, while police were investigating, the offender returned to the store. Officers took the man into custody and charges are pending.
