CHICAGO (CBS) -- CTA Red, Green, and Orange line trains were left standing at the Roosevelt stop during the afternoon rush Thursday due to police activity.
The Chicago Transit Authority was not more specific.
By the evening, trains were back running - but with significant residual delays.
