'Crossroads' Project Looks To Boost New Development On The City's North Side

CHICAGO (CBS) – Clark street is at a crossroads. The city plans to study the North Side street to see how it can boost new development.

It's a one-mile stretch of Clark from Foster to Montrose -- linking the Uptown, Andersonville, Ravenswood, and Wrigleyville neighborhoods.

The Department of Planning and Development is launching the 'Crossroads' project -- using $250,000 in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to improve the Corridor.
