CHICAGO (CBS)-- Emergency crews responded to a Level 2 Hazmat situation in the South Loop.

Level 2 Hazmat at 1529 S State St- this is an occupied building. High CO levels . CO levels are dropping 4-8-1

The building, located at State and 15th streets, has been cleared according to the Chicago Fire Department.

Officials said there was a gas leak in a heating unit. All floors have been cleared.
