Credit Cards Stolen From Vehicle Used To Buy Xbox

(CBS) -- After a vehicle was broken into in west suburban Naperville, the thieves used credit cards inside to buy a gaming system and cigarettes.

On Oct. 3, Naperville police responded to a burglary near Fairway Drive and North Aurora Road, police said.

The victim's wallet, containing credit cards, was inside the vehicle, police said. The credit cards were used at various stores along Route 59 in Aurora.

An Xbox One and Newport cigarettes were purchased with the stolen cards, police said.

Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
