1 Person Injured In Crash Involving 2 Semi Trucks On I-80/94; 1 Eastbound Lane Open

CHICAGO (CBS)-- One person was seriously injured in a crash involving two semi trucks on I-80/94 early Tuesday morning.

One of the semi trucks was carrying paint that spilled all over the highway in Lake Station, Indiana.

Illinois State Police said all one eastbound lane will remain open as crews clean spilled paint for "several more hours.

ISP confirmed one of the truck drivers was flown to a hospital in serious condition.

Traffic is expected from I-65 to US-6. ISP said delays are expected in both directions.
