Lanes Reopen After Crash Closes On Eisenhower Expressway At Route 83

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Crews are responding to a multi-vehicle crash on the Eisenhower Expressway.

All lanes have reopened at Addison Road.

There are at least seven vehicles involved in the crash.
