CPS Discounting Tuition-Based Pre-K Learning

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Remote learning is challenging, but at least some parents will save a little bit of money.

Chicago Public Schools is discounting tuition-based pre-K programs by 50% during remote learning. But parents have to tell CPS they want to enroll by Friday.

The fall quarter is all virtual. Children will have an hour on Google Meet with a teacher, plus 30 minutes of motor skill development.

Some parents pulled their kids because they can't afford tuition and the daycare they now need.
