Cool Feature Provides Computer Users With Beautiful Google Earth View Images

CHICAGO (CBS) -- If you like using tabs and you like pretty pictures, you should consider this nice extension from Google.

After installation, each time a new tab is opened in Chrome, users are treated to a beautiful aerial view from someplace on Earth.

It's certainly not the most useful extension out there, but fascinating nonetheless. (Your Google apps are still accessible in the upper left corner.)

Today, this image (above) from Chicago's Montrose Beach popped up on the screen.

I wonder if anybody has seen their home, or other familiar place, appear randomly?
