Consumers Of Babies "R" Us, Toys "R" Us Baby Products Eligible For Settlement From Class Action Suit

(CBS) -- Consumers who purchased baby products at Babies "R" Us or Toys "R" Us are now eligible for compensation following a class action lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleged that the company was charging too much money for certain products. The settlement covers the products listed below.

BabyBjörn baby carrier purchased between 2/2/00 - 4/30/05

Britax car seat purchased between 1/1/99 - 1/31/11

any Kids Line product purchased between 1/1/99 - 12/31/06

Maclaren stroller purchased between 10/1/99 - 1/31/11

Medela Pump In Style breast pump purchased between 7/1/99 - 1/31/11

Peg Perego car seat purchased between 7/1/99 - 1/31/11

Peg Perego high chair purchased between 7/1/99 - 1/31/11

Peg Perego stroller purchased between 7/1/99 - 1/31/11
