Company's Amusing Sign Suggests Watching Bears Is Better CIA Torture Method

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Central Intelligence Agency's inhumane and brutal interrogations of alleged terrorists was a complete failure, according to a recent congressional investigation.

A sign at a suburban company suggests a better method, and it just might work: Force the suspects to watch a Bears game.

Command Transportation's Skokie office has a perfect view of the Edens Expressway, and it has become known for using its digital billboard for comedic effect.

This sign, with the proposed bet "Loser Keeps Beiber", was posted last year before the United States played Canada in the semifinals of the Winter Olympics hockey competition. It features the Blackhawks' stars Patrick Kane (USA) vs. Jonathan Toews (Canada).

While stories about that sign didn't break the Internet, it was wildly popular.

Bieber is a Canada native who became a teen pop star and then turned into a very annoying young man here in the States.

Command doesn't limit its funny signs to just sports.

Last year, during the horrible winter here, they poked fun at the Polar Vortex, using Miley Cyrus' famous tongue and the classic flag post scene from the movie "A Christmas Story."

Command Transportation President Danny Zamost says there is no creative team assigned to come up with the witty billboards, but it is more of an organic effort among all of his workers.

"We wing it," he said. "I would like to say, it's a team game. It's all fun."

He added that it is a nice morale booster for the employees.

"It's become a staple in the Chicago area."
