Chicago's City Council Will Meet In-Person Wednesday For First Time In Over A Year

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Chicago's City Council will meet in-person Wednesday for the first time in over a year.

Meetings were moved online because of the pandemic.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot will preside over sessions from inside the council chambers. Aldermen do still have the option to attend remotely, if they so choose.

There will be very limited seating for the public, with masks and social distancing required.  City Council meetings are still open to anyone, online.
