Chicago First Alert Weather: Windy day, scattered showers Tuesday night

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A brief warmup is ahead of a sharp temperature change.

Tuesday will be a mild and windy day as gusts top 40 mph. Scattered showers are expected at night with an isolated rumble of thunder is possible.

Showers clear as temperatures drop to the 30s by Wednesday. Wind chills will be in the teens most of the day.
