Chicago Weather: Warming Trend Begins

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Temperatures are climbing.

Wednesday will be a mostly sunny day with high temperatures near 80 degrees.

While high waves have diminished on Lake Michigan, beach hazard warnings remain in place for northwest Indiana until 7 a.m.

Mostly sunny skies and warm temperatures are expected for the rest of the week.

Rain chances return to the forecast this weekend and into next week.
