CHICAGO (CBS)-- A sunny and warm day is ahead.

Thursday's temperatures will be in the upper 80s with a high of 87 degrees.

There is a chance of storms on Friday with temperatures in the upper 80s.

The weekend will bring slightly cooler temperatures with lower humidity. Warmer temperatures and humidity will return by the beginning of next week.
