Chicago Weather: Showers, Thunderstorms Monday Night, Sunny Week Ahead

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Rain and storms are predicted into the evening Monday, but there is a sunny week ahead.

CBS 2 meteorologist Ed Curran said showers will continue with a marginal chance for a severe storm.

Hazardous wave conditions will remain until late Monday night with three to six foot waves.

There is a chance for showers Tuesday morning and then skies will clear up. Tuesday will be mostly sunny with temperatures near 80 degrees.
