Chicago Weather: Showers In Store For Mother's Day

CHICAGO (CBS) -- After an overnight free warning and temperatures that dipped below freezing in some areas, Saturday should reach a high of 58 degrees.

Friday's high temperature was only 46, but the average should be 68 at this time of year.

Mother's day will be just 54 degrees and bring showers.

Monday and Tuesday will be partly cloudy as temperatures warm up to near 60 by Tuesday.

Showers return Wednesday through the weekend as temperatures move back into the 70s.

Saturday night: Showers. Mid 40s

Sunday: Showers. High 54
