Chicago Weather: Rain And Thunder On Wednesday

CHICAGO (CBS) -- After a low of 58 on Tuesday night a storm threat for the morning rush Wednesday could bring heavy downpours and hail.
A stationary front will drift south during the day.
North of the front, a cool breeze off the lake will pull stable air into place. South of the boundary, we could see another round of storms late afternoon to sunset.
The focus for this activity would be along and south of I-80 where warmer weather will hold much of the day.
The high for Wednesday is 68, with falling temperatures throughout the afternoon.
Leftover showers persist on Thursday, with a high of 62.
