CHICAGO (CBS) -- After the low drops to 53 Tuesday night, it will be warmer than normal again on Wednesday with highs in the 70s.
The normal high is 61 degrees.
A few showers are possible during the day Wednesday. The best chance arrives after dark as the cold front gets closer.
A brief storm is possible, but chances are low.
It will be cooler on the other side of the system as we reach for the weekend.
Thursday involves a cloudy start with morning stray showers and a high of 62.
