Chicago Weather: Cold Start For Thursday; Lakeshore Flood Warning Persists In Indiana

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A chilly start is coming on Thursday with wind chills in the single digits for the outlying areas.
Gusty winds from the northwest will continue to keep a lakeshore flood threat along the Indiana shoreline.
A Lakeshore Flood Warning in effect until 9 a.m. Thursday.
Look for a mix of sun and clouds Thursday with a few flurries passing by at times. The same is true for Friday.
Highs both days will be hovering around 30 degrees.
The Climate Prediction Center is taking temperatures warmer than normal starting Sunday and into next week.
Our normal high is 40 degrees.
