CHICAGO (CBS)-- Hot and humid conditions continue.
Monday is going to be mostly sunny with temperatures in the low 90s and mid 80s. An Air Quality Warning is in place until Tuesday morning.
A chance for scattered showers enters the forecast Tuesday afternoon as the heat continues. By Wednesday, the heat index nears 100 degrees.
Thunderstorm chances increase by Thursday and Friday.
High temperatures will remain in the upper 80s and low 90s throughout the week.
