Multiple chances for rain across Chicago area over the next week
Clouds will increase across the Chicago area Saturday night, with lows dropping into the lower 30s.
Rain showers arrive by dawn Sunday, with a few rumbles of thunder being possible in the afternoon. Gusty winds are expected, with sustained winds near 15 to 20 mph. Gusts could top out near 40 mph.
High temperatures for the next few days will be near 50 degrees.
Drier conditions and sunshine return Monday, before another round of rain showers roll through Tuesday.
Back to another dry day Wednesday, then we will hold onto the spring shower trend as more rain showers impact Chicagoland towards the end of the week.
