Chicago Weather: Morning Show Showers For Northwest Indiana

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Thursday will be the coldest day of the week, after the low drops to 24 on Wednesday night.
The cold, northwest wind flow will create scattered lake effect snow showers for Northwest Indiana for the morning rush.
Otherwise, it will be a cold start with temperatures in the mid-20s.
The first-pitch forecast for the Cubs will have a temp in the mid-30s, but factor in the north wind and it will feel like the mid-20s.
The high for Friday climbs back to 51, and a warming trend sets up for the weekend.
The Climate Prediction Center favors above average temperatures into next week with highs in the 70s.
