CHICAGO (CBS)-- Rainy and chilly day with showers hanging for several more hours.
Slowly drying out by sunset as temps hold steady in the 40s.
Winds will be gusty at times, topping 35MPH and generating wind chills in the 30s.
Clouds break some tonight with lows in the 30s and 40s.
Some frost is possible, especially north of Chicago.
Partly sunny and cool tomorrow in the lower 50s.
More rain both Thursday and Friday. An additional inch of rain expected through week's end.
