Thousands Of CPS Teachers Rally During Mayor Lightfoot Budget Address
CHICAGO (CBS)-- Chicago teachers shifted from the picket lines in front of schools to a massive rally around City Hall on Wednesday.
Thousands of union members marched downtown and surrounded City Hall as Mayor Lori Lightfoot delivered her budget address.

The rally was peaceful and did tie up traffic downtown as streets surrounding City Hall were closed. Streets were opened by lunchtime.
