CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago River water level was so high after last night's storms that some boat operators had to cancel morning tours because the boats couldn't clear the bridges.

According to Ticketmaster's website, The Chicago's First Lady had to cancel its 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. cruises.

Wendella told CBS 2 that they had to also cancel two morning cruises.

The Chicago area had two to three inches of rain fall in about a six-hour period on Monday night.
