Chicago Police Asking For Help Identifying Man Who Fell And Struck His Head

(CBS) -- Chicago police are asking for help identifying a man who fell and struck his head earlier this month on the North Side.

On August 9, the unidentified man was seen stumbling by witnesses near the 1223 W. Granville Ave. and he fell and struck his head on the pavement. The man is unconscious and being treated for serious injuries at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. He was not carrying any identification.

The man was wearing gray sweatpants, shirt and gym shoes. He is between 50-60 years old, 5'10", 170 pounds with blue eyes and brown/gray hair and light complexion.
