Chicago Weather Alert: High Wind Warning in effect with 50-60 mph gusts
CHICAGO (CBS)-- It's going to be a windy day.
A High Wind Warning is in effect through 7 p.m. Thursday for Cook, DuPage, Lake and Will counties. Thursday's temperatures will be in the low 50s.
CBS 2 meteorologist Robb Ellis said the peak wind times are between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Rain, possibly mixing with snow, is expected overnight.
Friday's temperatures stay in the low 50s with rain and snow chances.
