Chicago First Alert Weather: Warm, windy day Monday

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A warmer and windy day is ahead.

Monday's high temperatures will be near 70 degrees.

Wind gusts will top 40 mph, especially from morning to midday.

Rain returns mid-week followed by cooler and dry weather for the late week and weekend.
