Chicago First Alert Weather: Mostly cloudy day with rain Tuesday night

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Rain is on the way. 

Tuesday will be a mostly cloudy day with temperatures in the low 40s. 

Rain returns Tuesday night and lasts through Thursday.  

Rain chances increase Wednesday, when temperatures climb to the 60s.
