CHICAGO (CBS)-- Cold conditions linger with highs in the upper 20s.

Monday's wind chills will be in the mid-teens and near 0 degrees at night.

Mostly sunny skies Tuesday with highs in the 20s.

A warmup to more seasonable temps begins Wednesday.
