Chicago Department Of Public Health Recommends Masks Inside Public Places Again

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago Department of Public Health and surrounding counties are recommending anyone over the age of two wear a mask inside public places because of the new Delta variant of COVID-19.

The recommendation is being made for everyone -- vaccinated or not.

Lines at testing centers are seeing more people, and the city is seeing an increase in positive COVID-19 cases.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is cautioning everyone about breakthrough COVID-19 cases.
