Chicago Cubs Fans At 1908 World Series

CHICAGO (CBS) -- In modern days, fans spilling onto the field of a major sports event are treated very differently than they were 100 years ago.

Of course, they likely behaved differently, too.

This image was taken after a 1908 World Series game in Chicago and shows well-dressed fans casually walking about the field.

As most everybody around here knows, it was the last time the Cubs won the World Series.
