Charged With Domestic Battery, Chicago Alderman Ricardo Munoz To Appear In Court Today

CHICAGO (CBS)--Chicago Alderman Ricardo Munoz will appear in court on domestic battery charges Wednesday.

Munoz pleaded not guilty to the charges in January, but at his wife's request a judge allowed him to return home.

He announced last year his decision not to seek reelection after 25 years representing Chicago's 22nd Ward.
