Police, FBI Investigating Chase Bank Robbery In Ashburn

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A Chase Bank was robbed in the Ashburn neighborhood Wednesday morning.

According to Chicago police, the bank robbery to place in the 8300 block of  South. Kedzie Avenue just after 11 a.m.

Police said an unknown offender walked into the bank, displayed a weapon and announced a robbery. No one was injured.

It is unclear whether the offender left with any money.

Police and the FBI Chicago Field Office are investigating.
