Chance The Rapper Delivers Commencement Address

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago's Chance the Rapper delivered the commencement speech at Dillard University in New Orleans.

Chance said he was inspired by watching Beyonce's performance at the Coachella music festival and it showed him that greatness is never stagnant.

He encouraged the students at the historically black university to eclipse their heroes.

Chance also received an honorary degree.
