CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two more newcomers are poised to join City Council, based on final, unofficial tallies in the two undecided races from this month's election runoff.

In the 10th Ward, Susan Sadlowski-Garza is leading Ald. John Pope by 20 votes (5,825 votes to 5,805), according the Chicago Board Of Elections.

In the 31st Ward, "Milly" Santiago was holding onto a 79-vote edge over Ald. Ray Suarez (4,218 votes to 4,139).

After counting all the additional absentees and provisional ballots for the two undecided wards, Sadlowski-Garza's lead over Pope dropped from 33 to 20 votes, according to an analysis by Aldertrack.

The Board Of Elections will certify the results on Thursday.
